All groups will be assigned an Adventure Guide Host to help manage details of your event!

To make a booking inquiry, please read the information below and fill out the GROUP INQUIRY FORM below. Our Group and Event Coordinator will get back to you via email as soon as possible. Email events@leavenworthadventurepark.com with any questions.

GROUP DISCOUNTS

Groups of 20-49 guests: 10% discount

Groups of 50-90 guests: 15% discount
-
Non-profits groups of 20+: 20% discount
BOOKING INFORMATION
-
Groups may be accommodated on weekdays that we are operating (space permitted). No groups can be accommodated during July, August, or December.

Group discounts are available on a space available basis.

Reservations must be made at least 14 days in advance. Less time may be accommodated on a space, and staff, available basis only.

All guests must meet our requirements to ride the Alpine Coaster or use the Climbing Wall.

All individuals with a group must be scheduled for the same coaster time slot.

Additional guests may be added the day of the event on a space-available basis.

All guests riding the Alpine Coaster must sign a waiver prior to arriving to the park.
PAYMENT TERMS

A 50% deposit must be made at the time of booking by one method (card only). Final payment is due by time of reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
-
Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled event will forfeit deposit.
EVENT SPACE RENTAL
-
Groups up to 30 can have free reserved tables in Ludwig’s Loft for up to 60 minutes
-
Groups of 30+ may rent space in Ludwig’s Loft on an hourly basis at $100/hour
