All groups will be assigned an Adventure Guide Host to help manage details of your event!

Minimum Group is 20  

• Groups of 20-49 guests: 10% discount  

• Groups of 50-90 guests: 15% discount 

• Non-profits groups of 20+: 20% discount 

 

Booking Information 

• Please email us at events@leavenworthadventurepark.com with your group name, date and time requested, as well as estimated number of teens/adults 13+, youth 7-12, and child 3-6 tickets in your party. Please let us know if your group is a non-profit or school. An Adventure Guide Host will respond to your message.

• Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.  Less time may be accommodated on a space, and staff, available basis only. 

• All individuals with a group must be scheduled for the same time slot.  

• Additional guests may be added, but only on a space-available basis. 

• All guests must meet the requirements for the attractions.  

• All guests must fill out a waiver prior to arriving at the park.  

 

Payment Terms

• Full payment must be made at the time of booking by one method (card only).

Cancellation Policy 

• Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled event will forfeit 50% of their payment. 

• Cancellations made greater than 7 days will receive a full refund. 

 

Event Space Rental 

• Groups up to 30 can have free reserved tables in Ludwig’s Loft for up to 60 minutes  

• Groups of 30+ may rent space in Ludwig’s Loft on an hourly basis at $100/hour

  

Food and Drinks 

• Pitchers of water (free) 

• Pitchers of draft beer and Pepsi products (discounted %) 

• Concession items ordered from Ludwigs Loft (discounted %)  

• Full Catering Menus can be provided when set up with a group coordinator at least 7 days prior to a group visit. Catering brought to you by Icicle Village Resort
