The Leavenworth Adventure Park places a priority on giving back to the communities where our employees and guests live and work. We are committed to positively influencing the community far beyond the park fences and enjoy giving back as much as we can.

Leavenworth Adventure Park Community Giving

  1. DAY OF GIVING:  Ride for a Cause! A single day where 10% of all ticket sales are donated to a local non-profit. Email us if you would like to be considered.  ​

  2. DONATIONS: Coaster ticket package donations made to non-profits hosting their own events and auctions. Read and fill out the form below.

donation requests

PLEASE NOTE

We receive numerous requests, so to assure fairness, and to maximize the benefits given to the community, the following guidelines must be followed in order to be considered for a donation. Due to the high volume of requests, we do not confirm receipt of letters, or provide status of a request.  Declined requests will simply not receive a response.  Accepted requests will be acknowledged no later than two weeks prior to the event.

DONATION REQUEST GUIDELINES

  • All donation requests must be submitted via the form below.

  • Sorry, donations will not be granted to individuals, families, class reunions, political, religious, or for-profit organizations. 

  • If a request is granted, a donation package of 4 single Alpine Coaster Tickets (total value $80) will be sent via email. 

  • We will send you a promotional flyer to be used at your event, logos, photos, a short blurb for auction catalogs, and a certificate for the winner.

  • Requests are NOT accepted via telephone or fax. Requests must be received at LEAST 4 weeks prior to the event. 

  • Only ONE donation is allowed per organization, per calendar year.

  • Sorry, we do not fill out your donation request forms, but hope that we provide enough information for your event.

Congratulations to our 28 First Ride Auction winners! We presented a check for $2,500 to Cascade High School ASB which serves students in Leavenworth and surrounding communities.
